Class Description
CAMPERS WHO PLAY TO CHECK/CHECKMATE will level up their chess game with some tasty tricks and tactics! Campers will strengthen math skills with point valuation and hone mid-game tactics such as forks, pins, and skewers. Campers will also enjoy activities like our educational role-playing game, Birchguard Quest (think super kid-friendly version of Dungeons and Dragons!) along with chess/Birchguard crafts, and games on our life-size chess set! Choose any number of days you like or enjoy $50 off if you sign up for a full week! (Contact parkslopeclub@chessat3.com to register for individual dates - Regular day rate: $135 per day)
